All delivered goods are covered by warrantee which provides the Customer also an additional support:
- Round the clock (24/7) technical support by telephone, email or website;
- The possibility to have the affiliated network in the area of presence;
- Elaboration of particular solutions;
- The possibility that highly qualified experts could come for support.
When warrantee period is over it is possibly to organize service or technically maintenance of equipment. Part of this service could be the supply of Client with the spare parts for the using industrial equipment. At the same time it is also possible to make storage of them to support the necessary ZIP for fast and easy technical support for the Customer.
The Comita Group of Companies proves own fully responsibly approach to Customers by giving them support also when warrantee expires, supporting specific needs of working staff and with extension and adaptation of equipment during whole working period.
