In 2017 the leadership of Comita Group of Companies decided to create a division, oriented on providing professional services, which lead to the creation of “Comita Service” LLC.

Providing network ZIP service – implementing temporary replacement of out of order equipment, ZIP audit.

Organizing test zones and holding verification trials in the in-house lab.
Production and supply of spare parts, complexes of addons, and functionally similar equipment at the end of the lifecycle.
The main specialization of the company is the technical support and repairs and maintenance of the automated telephone network equipment.
The experts of the company have more than 20 years of experience of providing the professional services, in particular – creation of departmental telephone network, ATS equipment repairs, technical support of the equipment.
The Company has its own in-house service and maintenance center, located in the Izhevsk branch of “Comita Service” LLC. The branch capacity allows for multivendor repairs of various third party produced equipment, including equipment, that has reached its end of life status and support. There is also a test lab that has been deployed within the capacities of the branch.

Majority of the clients of the Company are the TEK enterprises. All of the Company specialists have all necessary permits and certifications for doing the works on the objects of oil and gas complexes, as well as on high hazard category of objects.
in 2019 “Comita Service” LLC underwent the procedure of conformity assessment of the integrated quality management system as applied to the consulting works and in the computer technology activities, computer and peripherals repairs, communication equipment repairs.
